Most of our work is done per village. Over the boundaries of villages, we facilitate general developments, especially towards farmers, existing woman groups and local governanceWelfare rights focus on social security, healthcare, education, and financial aid for organized and unorganized workers, women, children, and vulnerable groups, administered through bodies like the Agriculture, Horticulture Revenue department depart and Social welfare Department, offering schemes for maternity, education, accident relief, pensions, and specific support for Agriculture workers, construction workers, and minorities, under acts promoting labour welfare and uplifting backward classes.
